MASSAGE - Beneficial for relaxation, pain relief and detoxification

Massage is much more than a tool for relaxation. Massage helps the body to heal itself and increases health and well being. For those who are ill, have pain or for various reasons don't/can't exercise, massage provides some tangible health benefits.

Massage stimulates the circulation and lymph system which helps the body to detoxify. During massage, the body tissues and muscles receive more blood and therefore more oxygen. This in turn helps to purge lactic and uric acid along with other waste materials. Due to the in
crease in circulation and purging of toxins, many believe that massage boosts the immune system and benefits muscle tone, digestion and skin tone.

Massage helps to provide better mobility through pain relief. It helps with pain by relaxing the muscles and detoxifiying the body. Toxins can cause pain so while initially you may feel more pain, you will receive varying degrees of relief over time.
